Route is simple and straight forward, you will be easily see the small path from hill top.
Return route is through small jungle and kids would love it.

Accessible by local train – Get down at Begadewadi railway station

Refer to below route map, where white dots shows the approach to Birla Ganesh Temple Pune and the yellow dots shows return route to Ghorwadeshwar caves, which is through small jungle 🙂
There are two white routes which are alternate, you can choose any one of them
Trek Estimated Time : Total 2 hours
- 45 minutes – Ghorwadeshwar to Ganpati statue,
- 30 minutes – Return to the Ghorwadeshwar caves,
- 15 minutes to descend down to base
