Shopping at Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore)

Shopping is one of the favorite subject for my wife when it comes to visiting any place I have to do pre-research of options and the budget, when I searched for Ranthambore, I could get glimpse of it but no idea about prices and detailed options available, hence I am putting so many detailed photos and prices for you.

One of the option was DASTKAR’s Craft Community Center at Ranthambore is good for shopping in the point of view that you get originality of hand work by local women of Block- Printing, Tie – Dye, Patchwork, Pottery, Leather.
VArious items such as home furnishings, garments including lehngas, jackets and tops, bell totas and decorative mobiles, in addition to sarees and dupattas,   the Shyamota potters and Kundera leather artisans.
We all enjoyed shopping here, remember that your buying here also helps local women community

Apart from this you get caps at the entry point of Ranthambore national park, caps ranging from 75 Rs to 150 Rs can be bought, but my last time experience is colour fading of such caps happen.
Jackets you can get at descent price of 500 Rs

and last but not the least, Wala wrapped bottles to keep the water cool, are sol in shops near Sawai Madhopur railway station, they also have Wala curtains which you do not get in Pune, so you can inform them in advance if you want to buy curtains (I could not get it because did not know the pre-order story)
bottles cost ~100 Rs.
